We are doing our utmost to undergo a series of thorough inspections before shipped out. We know that not everything will go as expected, so once our products somehow fail to satisfy you, please contact us directly and let us help you.
Ticktime offers TWO MONTHS (60 days) warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of delivery.
If there are any manufacturing defects when the product is fresh out of the package (not common), Ticktime offers the following solutions:
1. Confirm issues with customers by regular mail.
2. Ship new one to customers.
In the above cases, Ticktime covers the repair fee and shipping fee, and there is not a further charge for customers.
The Ticktime Limited Warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Products purchased elsewhere, used condition or second hand are not covered under warranty.
If issues caused by any personal behaviors or not standard use, Ticktime doesn’t offer warranty services.
1). Warranty does not cover perishable items due to their deterioration through standard wear and tear.
2). Warranty does not cover products that have suffered damage stemming from an accident or impact, have been exposed to abuse.
3). Warranty does not cover improper assembly, accessories, or maintenance, have suffered damage due to failure of following instructions in the owner’s manual, have suffered damage stemming from negligence, which includes but is not limited to: leaving batteries discharged for extended periods of time, or any type of damage resulting from user misuse.
4). Warranty does not cover water damage.
5). Warranty does not cover tampering with components or making modifications to alter the product from its original condition will void the warranty.
Ticktime reserves the right to assess all warranty claims and, at its sole discretion, to determine if defects or damages are covered by this limited warranty. In the event a claim is submitted but is determined to not be covered by this warranty, we will provide a quotation for repair costs and return shipping costs to you.
Warranties set forth in this provision are exclusive and in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, including warranties arising from a course of dealing or using or trade. Ticktime makes no warranty expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Ticktime reserves the right to update model designs or substitute models with graphics and/or color changes. Product replacements are subject to item availability. If an exact replacement is not available, Ticktime reserves the right to use refurbished / comparable value components and products in fulfilling any warranty claim.
Seller shall not be liable in contract, in tort (including negligence), or otherwise for damage or loss of other property, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of property or equipment, claims of customers of the buyer, or for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall the seller’s liability exceed the purchase price of the goods in respect of which damages are claimed. The obligation of Ticktime and buyers’ sole remedy under its limited warranty is the supply of a replacement from regular product inventory lines. Ticktime shall not be liable for any other costs incurred nor shall Ticktime be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your use of our products is at your own risk. You will be solely responsible for (and Ticktime disclaims) any and all loss liability or damages resulting from your use of our products, including loss of life, personal injury, or the loss of or damage to the computer, mobile device, and all other property.
Customer agrees and represents that he or she is buying Ticktime Products for his or her own use and not for resale.
Customer shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Site.

How does my order get processed?
1. A confirmation email with all your order details will be sent to you once your order is received. And we will begin processing your order very soon.
2. A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once items shipped out. You can track your order from [Tracking Page] with your tracking number.

1) The delivery time in above table refers to Calendar Days.
2) Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed. Processing time is usually 1-2 business days.
3) If you require customization or monogramming service, please allow for four or more working days in the processing time.
4) P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?
Ticktime will cover taxes and custom clearance for all customers, so you won’t need to worry about taxes and duties.
Why shipment delay?
Most cases of delays will be caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If you need any additional help, please contact our customer service.
My order never arrives. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your package within the standard delivery time, please follow the steps below:
1. Check the status of your order with tracking number first;
2. Contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
Missing items or damaged items?
Please contact us without any hesitation. It would be appreciated that notify us of any missing item or mistake within 3 business days of receiving the order so that we would effectively make it right for you.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Replacement Policies:
We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan so we have made this Refund/Replacement Policy for you!
Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.
If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address. Please CONTACT US and we will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.
If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get your correct one shipped out.
We can only offer you Free Replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
After 7 days of receiving the items, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
Our Refund Policy Lasts 30 Days:
If you wish to request a refund, you must wait till you receive your product before you return the package in its new, unopened, original condition, back to us.
Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.
Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your return packages. Once we receive your item, inspect the product, we'll grant you the full refund, minus shipping.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
